The Alumaweld Adventurer 20 is a 20-foot aluminum runabout designed for both jet and propeller applications. The hull features Alumaweld's Ride Master Vee bottom—a 14-degree deadrise with exclusive Wide Ride™ geometry that combines the tracking and comfort of a deep vee with shallow-water capability. The design incorporates engineered chine lines, lifting strakes, and sidewall flare to deliver a dry ride through chop, while the 7.33-foot beam and high freeboard provide stability for anglers.
Construction is substantial throughout, with a one-piece 0.160-inch aluminum bottom and 0.125-inch sidewalls, backed by continuously welded box girder framing. The boat weighs approximately 1,280 pounds and carries a 750-pound passenger capacity with 1,500 pounds total weight capacity. The 38-gallon fuel tank sits under the floor with an accessible gauge.
The layout centers on two comfort seats mounted on aluminum boxes. Forward is a welded fish box with lid, a foredeck storage locker with locking door, and full-length storage trays along the interior. The transom features a wide tray and a rigging compartment with door. Additional equipment includes rod grippers, washdown pump, electric bilge pump, navigation lights, and transducer brackets. Interior surfaces are finished with Aluma-coat and premium floorboards covered in Dura Tuff nonskid vinyl, with sound insulation throughout.
The boat accepts up to 115 horsepower for propeller operation or 105 horsepower for jet drive, available in remote or tiller configurations. A deluxe switch panel with five switches, dual USB ports, and a 12-volt outlet sits forward, along with a 24-inch electronics box with lockable door. The hull is painted with a vinyl graphics package and comes with U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation.
