2026 Chittum Skiffs Islamorada 18

The 2026 Chittum Islamorada 18 is a new flats boat built on a 12-degree carbon hull with an 8-inch pad, finished in Matterhorn White with a two-tone deck featuring Tortuga Green nonskid over Abalone slicks. It runs a single Yamaha VF90LB V-Max SHO engine and sits on a custom aluminum AmeraTrail trailer with walk board, spare tire, and aluminum wheel upgrade.

The boat is rigged for serious fishing. It features a large bow casting platform, poling platform with step and push pole caddy, and a medium cooler console with stainless steel cupholders and low-profile grab bar. Rod storage includes three individual fly rod tubes on the port side aft and five standard rod racks facing forward on the starboard side. A 21-foot Stiffy graphite push pole and V Marine holders are included, along with a 6-foot Power Pole Pro Series II. The bow includes a Power Pux trolling motor mount and factory setup for a trolling motor.

Navigation and fish-finding electronics include a Simrad NSS9 EVO 3S GPS and depth finder with P319 thru-hull transducer and water temperature sensor, plus an Active Imaging 3-in-1 transducer networked via NMEA2000 to the engine. The boat has a livewell with bubbler airstone, black SeaDek under the gunnels, and gray SeaDek on the platforms with black trim. Power comes from dual Victron 12V and 24V smart battery chargers and a Relion 24V 52 amp-hour lithium battery, with additional 12V outlet and USB ports available.
