The 2026 Dufour 48 is a modern fiberglass cruising yacht measuring 50 feet in length with a 16-foot beam. Powered by a Volvo Penta saildrive diesel engine rated at 57 horsepower, it achieves a cruising speed of 7.5 knots and a maximum speed of 9 knots. The yacht is currently under construction at the Dufour shipyard in La Rochelle, France.

The interior is arranged with four cabins—three full cabins plus a Pullman cabin—and two heads. The saloon is bright and open, with a long galley layout designed for practical living aboard. This configuration balances owner comfort with additional guest capacity while maintaining full functionality in the primary accommodations.

Deck equipment includes electric winches, upgraded sail systems, and integrated B&G navigation electronics to support short-handed sailing. The cockpit features upgraded cushions and sun lounging areas, with an electric swim platform for easy water access. Below deck, the yacht carries a generator, air conditioning system, watermaker, and a bow thruster for maneuvering in tight spaces.
