2026 Maverick 17 HPX-S

The 2026 Maverick 17 HPX-S is a shallow-draft skiff built on a hull design engineered to float in less than 6 inches of water while maintaining running comfort and range. The fiberglass boat measures 17 feet 8 inches long and 6 feet 2 inches across the beam, powered by a single Yamaha F70LB gasoline engine. Its hull balances extreme shallowness with dry, comfortable ride characteristics and precise poling performance.

The boat is finished in Haze Grey hull with Whisper Grey deck and console, fitted with a tall console, tilt helm, and SeaStar hydraulic steering with an Edson wheel. A removable helm seat with backrest sits at the helm, while a dedicated bow casting platform is mounted forward. The poling tower features plug-in connections and comes with faux teak decking in black and grey.

Rod storage includes a port console rack and under-gunnel rack in black, complemented by black and grey faux teak undergunnel decking. The removable fiberglass cooler in Whisper Grey doubles as functional deck space. A livewell with bubbler and release well plumbing rounds out the fishing setup.
