2026 Ranger Tugs R-25

The R-25 is a 28-foot fiberglass cruiser built around thoughtful design and practical comfort. A standout feature is the extended swim platform with handrails that run aft of the outboard motor, creating a clear, unobstructed walkway ideal for fishing, boarding a dinghy, accessing low docks, and med-tying without risk to the engine. The platform also serves well for water sports and pet boarding.

The main salon is bright and airy, with a dinette that seats four and converts to a bed for two. A spacious quarter berth with removable mattress offers additional sleeping space or storage. The galley is fully equipped with an electric and alcohol stove, refrigerator-freezer combo, microwave, and sink with hot and cold water. A private, enclosed head with sink completes the head arrangement.

The forward stateroom provides a large bed, opening hatches for ventilation, reading lights, and a TV/DVD combo. Power comes from a single Yamaha 250 hp outboard, paired with a planning hull and the builder's patented Laminar Flow Interrupter technology for smooth, responsive handling. A Garmin 1242xsv chartplotter with GPS, transducer, and sonar is installed for navigation and monitoring. The R-25 is trailerable, making it suitable for cruising, fishing, and water-based recreation.
