The 2026 Ranger Tugs R-27 is a 31-foot fiberglass trawler powered by twin Yamaha 150 hp outboards. Built for coastal cruising and island exploration, it combines efficient performance with genuine liveability in a compact, trailerable package. The boat draws just 19 inches with motors trimmed, making shallow-water exploration straightforward, and weighs 8,200 pounds — practical for owners who value flexibility and ease of ownership.

Below decks, the R-27 accommodates a forward stateroom with private head and shower, a convertible dinette that sleeps two additional guests, and a midship berth. The pilothouse is light and airy, with four solar-reflective skylights and panoramic windows. The galley includes a propane stove and oven, refrigerator-freezer, and microwave. Climate control comes via reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating throughout. LED lighting, a Fusion multi-zone stereo, and a television in the stateroom round out the interior.
