2026 Seawind 1270

The Seawind 1270 is a 42-foot cruising catamaran built on the proven design of its predecessor but refined for modern offshore passage-making. Composite construction with twin Yanmar diesel engines of 58 horsepower each powers this yacht. The hull is 400 millimeters longer and 120 millimeters wider than the 1260, creating a more capable platform with enhanced stability and buoyancy. The new underwater shape incorporates greater bridge deck clearance and raised, reverse bows to improve seakeeping and performance in open ocean conditions.

The deck design prioritizes comfort and safety, with flat sections running stem to stern and a raised foredeck and front beam. Headroom throughout the interior reaches 1.98 meters—6 feet 5 inches—in both the saloon and staterooms. The yacht accommodates three cabins and two heads.

Layout options include a galley-up or galley-down configuration. The galley-up version positions the galley forward and incorporates a forward-facing navigation station, integrating the operating space with the main living area.
