The 2026 Sportsman Open 232 is a 23-foot center console designed as a capable family fishing platform. Powered by a single 300-horsepower Yamaha engine, it combines classic fishing boat features with modern hull construction and handling characteristics. The boat sits on an advanced fiberglass stringer system with no wood, corrosion-resistant fasteners, and a 10-year hull warranty.

The layout balances fishing and family use. A 25-gallon aquarium livewell with high-speed pickup, four flush-mount rod holders, under-gunwale rod racks, and Gemlux rod holders serve anglers. The bow features insulated storage and a filler board with cushion. Seating includes premium dual helm chairs with flip-up bolsters, cockpit bolsters, a rear fold-down seat, and removable bow backrest.
