2026 Sportsman Open 232 Center Console

The 2026 Sportsman Open 232 is a 23-foot center console built to balance serious fishing capability with family comfort. Powered by a single 300-horsepower Yamaha engine, it combines classic fishing boat design with modern handling and ride quality. The hull features advanced fiberglass construction with a composite stringer system, fiberglass hard-top with integrated frame, and a 106-gallon fuel tank. A built-in swim platform with four-step ladder and non-skid deck complete the exterior.

Fishing amenities are comprehensive: a 25-gallon insulated aquarium livewell with high-speed pickup, four flush-mount gunwale rod holders, under-gunwale rod racks, Gemlux rod holders and cleats, and dedicated anchor storage including a stern storage box with anchor and line. A 15-gallon freshwater tank with washdown and raw water washdown system support extended time on the water. Rod and trolling motor battery storage are integrated into the layout.

Seating and accommodations prioritize both fishing and family use. Helm features include a premium dual chair with flip-up bolsters and armrests, removable bow backrest, bow cushion set with bolsters, filler board with cushion, and rear fold-down seat. A 20-quart built-in console cooler seat and insulated bow storage provide additional capacity. Premium Serenity Sileather marine silicone fabrics cover the upholstery.
