2026 STERK 31

The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center console built for performance, combining Mediterranean-inspired design with a progressive double-stepped deep-V hull optimized for speed and handling. Twin Honda 250-horsepower engines power the boat, while the hull's strategic geometry—including spray rails, negative chines, and distinctive hook rails at the stern—delivers enhanced lift, reduced spray, and superior cornering stability. The fiberglass construction features classic white gelcoat with silver accents and EVA soft-teak decking throughout.

The helm showcases ergonomic sport seats with flip-up bolsters and side support for both seated and standing operation. The angled dashboard is angled for full visibility and reduced glare at speed. Extensive CFD testing during development ensures precise, safe control characteristics across a range of conditions.

The deck transforms into a social space with a convertible U-shaped lounge and integrated sunbed, complemented by passenger seating with a reclining function. Bow and cabin storage compartments provide practical organization. The boat accommodates up to nine passengers and carries a full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, CE-certified fuel tank, and a foldable boarding ladder.
