2026 STERK 31

The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center console built around Mediterranean design and performance. Powered by twin Honda 250-horsepower engines, it combines modern styling with a progressive, double-stepped deep-V hull refined through extensive computational fluid dynamics testing. The hull incorporates spray rails, negative chines, and unique stern hook rails designed to increase lift, reduce spray, and provide superior grip and cornering stability.

The helm features ergonomic sport seats with flip-up bolsters and side support for both seated and standing operation, paired with an angled dashboard engineered for full visibility and glare reduction at speed. The open deck centers on a convertible U-shaped lounge with integrated sunbed, transforming the space for entertaining and relaxation. Passenger seating includes leaning functionality for comfort during cruising. Bow and cabin storage compartments provide organization throughout the layout, which accommodates up to nine passengers.

The boat is finished in white with silver accents and almond Nautilus upholstery. Decking is EVA soft-teak. Equipment includes a full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, a CE-certified fuel tank, and a foldable ladder. The hull and systems reflect a focus on performance handling and safety across all speed ranges.
