2026 STERK 31

The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center-console performance boat powered by twin Honda 250-horsepower engines. Built from fiberglass with a modern Mediterranean aesthetic, it combines bold styling with a progressive double-stepped, deep-V hull design engineered through extensive CFD testing. The hull features strategically placed spray rails, negative chines, and signature hook rails at the stern that work together to reduce spray, increase lift, and deliver superior grip and cornering stability with minimal heeling.

The helm offers an ergonomic, visually striking driving position with sport seats fitted with flip-up bolsters and side support for both seated and standing operation. The angled windscreen is designed for full visibility and glare reduction at speed. The deck centers on a convertible U-shaped lounge that doubles as a sunbed, creating an open social space for entertaining and dining. Additional seating includes passenger chairs with a leaning function positioned for safe cruising, with bow and cabin storage distributed throughout.

The boat is finished in white with silver accents and features almond Nautilus upholstery paired with EVA soft-teak decking. Equipment includes a full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, a CE-certified fuel tank, and a foldable boarding ladder. The layout accommodates up to nine passengers with ample deck space, generous sunbeds, and a spacious cockpit.
