2026 STERK 31

The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center-console performance boat powered by twin Honda 250-horsepower engines. Built from fiberglass with a modern Mediterranean aesthetic, it features bold lines, a progressive double-stepped deep-V hull with spray rails and hook rails at the stern designed for agile handling and stability at speed. The hull has been extensively tested and engineered to maximize speed while maintaining precise control even during hard cornering.

The helm station places the driver in an ergonomic, elevated position with full visibility and glare reduction. Sport seats with flip-up bolsters and side support accommodate both seated and standing operation. The deck transforms into an entertainment space with a convertible U-shaped lounge that doubles as a sunbed, passenger seating with a leaning function, and generous open areas forward. Storage compartments in the bow and cabin keep gear organized.

The deck is finished in white with silver accents and features EVA soft-teak decking. Upholstery is almond Nautilus throughout. The boat includes a full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, a certified fuel tank, and a foldable boarding ladder. The design accommodates up to nine passengers.
