The STERK 31 is a 32-foot performance center console built for open-water driving and entertaining. Its modern Mediterranean design combines bold lines with purposeful engineering: a double-stepped, deep-V progressive hull with spray rails, negative chines, and distinctive hook rails at the stern deliver agile handling, reduced spray, and stable cornering. Twin Honda 250-horsepower engines power the boat, while extensive computational fluid dynamics testing optimizes speed and control.
The helm features sport seats with flip-up bolsters and side support for both seated and standing control, set behind an angled dash designed for visibility and glare reduction at speed. The cabin area houses a convertible U-shaped lounge with sunbed that transforms into a social gathering space, complemented by passenger seats with a leaning function. Bow and cabin storage compartments keep gear organized throughout the deck.
The boat accommodates up to nine passengers across generous sunbeds and a spacious cockpit. The deck is finished in white with silver accents and EVA soft-teak planking, while interior upholstery is almond Nautilus. The electrical system includes triple bilge pumps, a CE-certified fuel tank, and a foldable boarding ladder for convenience.
