2026 STERK 31

The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center console built on a fiberglass double-stepped deep-V hull with spray rails and negative chines designed for speed and agile handling. Twin Honda 250-horsepower engines power the boat, which features a progressive hull optimized through CFD testing for safe, precise control and superior cornering stability. A unique stern hook-rail system reduces heeling and delivers the grip characteristic of STERK's design philosophy.

The helm station places the operator in an ergonomic, elevated position with an angled dash that maximizes visibility and reduces glare. Sport seats with flip-up bolsters and side support accommodate both seated and standing operation. The convertible U-shaped lounge converts the cockpit into a social space with a sunbed, while passenger seats include a leaning function for comfortable cruising. The boat accommodates up to nine passengers across generous deck space and sunbeds.

The 31 is finished in white with silver accents and almond Nautilus upholstery throughout. EVA soft-teak decking covers the platforms. Bow and cabin storage compartments provide organization, and a foldable boarding ladder is included. The electrical system includes triple bilge pumps and a CE-certified fuel tank.
