2027 Krogen 48 AE

The Krogen 48 AE is a 48-foot fiberglass trawler built around extended cruising and comfortable living. The design prioritizes safety and ease of movement, with deep, wide steps and solid banisters throughout, welded aluminum weather-tight doors, and a full-width covered aft deck. The pilothouse sits elevated above the salon and connects via molded steps to the flybridge, where a handrail provides secure access underway.

The interior accommodates two or three cabin layouts, with the master cabin positioned forward to maximize natural light and airflow. The starboard cabin includes a built-in desk suitable for office use. Two heads with separate shower stalls serve the accommodations. The main salon features either an L- or U-shaped settee on the starboard side with an expandable dining table. The galley spans the port side and is fitted with a four-burner Viking range, household-size appliances, and floor-to-ceiling pantry storage opposite.

Power comes from a single 200 HP Tier III John Deere diesel engine. At seven knots, the boat achieves a range exceeding 3000 nautical miles with a 10% fuel reserve. Bright LED lighting runs throughout the interior and exterior, including navigation lights. The engine room is ventilated by two axial fans equipped with moisture eliminators.
