The 2027 Vtech 18' Flats is a fiberglass shallow-water boat powered by a single Mercury gasoline engine. Built for coastal and inland fishing, it combines practical design with integrated equipment suited to flats and poling work.
The layout includes a 26-gallon live well, four large storage compartments with gasket-fitted hatches, and a removable folding backrest fitted with six rod holders. A poling platform and 8-foot Power Poles with dual-pole bracketing enable precision positioning. The helm features a custom tilting steering wheel and a seven-switch control panel with 12-volt and USB charging capability. Three marine lithium batteries support the electrical system. A Garmin 1543 XSV multifunction display provides navigation and sonar.
Equipment throughout reflects fishing-focused specifications. Underwater Seablaze spectrum LED lighting, navigational lights, and a JL Audio sound system are installed. A 42-gallon fuel tank upgrade, LENCO trim tabs with indicator switch, and a 4-inch setback Atlas jackplate with integrated Power Pole trolling motor enhance operational flexibility. The deck features stainless steel hardware, rubrail with insert, grab handles, a bilge pump, and livewell pump. Cushions with diamond stitching and upholstered detailing are included.
A dual-axle trailer is included with the boat.
