The 1993 Beneteau First 310 is a 31-foot fiberglass sailing yacht with a beam of 10.58 feet, built to combine performance and comfort. Powered by a Volvo Penta 18-horsepower diesel engine with a Gori 2-blade folding propeller, the boat is equipped for both cruising and recreational racing. The design, by Groupe Finot, features a fractional rig and balanced hull that makes it responsive and stable on the water.
The interior includes a forward V-berth and an aft double cabin, with a head featuring a manual toilet. The saloon is spacious and practical, incorporating a galley with a three-burner propane stove and oven, refrigeration, water heater, and salon table. Deck features include a bimini and dodger, transom shower, deck washdown, flexiteak cockpit seating with cushions, and a cockpit table. The boat carries a spade anchor with rope-to-chain rode and is outfitted with custom screens for ventilation.
The rigging and sails reflect recent investment: standing rigging was renewed in 2025, and the boat carries a mainsail with three reef points and a 130% roller-furling genoa, both from 2017, plus a storm jib and symmetrical spinnaker. An adjustable backstay and mid-boom traveler support efficient sail handling, with four Lewmar self-tailing winches on deck.
Electronics include a Garmin GPS Map 545 chartplotter, Raymarine EV-100 wheel autopilot (2025), em-trak B954 Class B AIS transceiver (2025), VHF, wind and depth instruments, and a stereo. Electrical systems comprise shore power, an inverter, battery charger, battery monitor, three Group 24 batteries, and a 220-watt solar panel with Victron MPPT controller (2025). The engine underwent full service in January 2026 and has approximately 1,300 hours.
