2003 Beneteau 50

This 2003 Beneteau 50 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built for comfortable cruising. The boat features three cabins and three manual heads, providing practical accommodation for family voyages or extended trips with guests. A Yanmar 100 hp diesel engine with 1,293 hours powers the boat, paired with a three-blade Max Prop folding propeller installed new. The yacht carries a full sail plan including a new mainsail from 2025, two spinnakers, and a storm jib, with six winches—including an electric port winch—for efficient sail handling.

Navigation and electronics support safe coastal and offshore passage-making. Raymarine radar installed in 2021 works alongside a Raymarine Hybrid plotter and autopilot. Solar panels added in 2025 supplement the onboard power system, which includes three service batteries, an engine battery, a bow thruster battery, and an electric windlass battery all renewed in 2020, plus an inverter. A gas cooker, oven, and microwave provide galley facilities, while a fridge and freezer run off the engine.

The rigging was replaced in 2020. The yacht is equipped with a Talamex 270 tender and a Tohatsu 9.9 hp outboard engine, completing the setup for independent cruising.
