2005 Beneteau 50

This 2005 Beneteau 50 is a large cruising sailboat designed by Bruce Farr, built by the French yard Beneteau. The hull is fiberglass and powered by a single Yanmar diesel engine of 98.7 horsepower. The boat measures 50.75 feet in length with a beam of 14.67 feet.

The interior is arranged as a three-cabin, four-head owner's version with an additional crew quarters, providing comfortable accommodation for family, guests, and crew. The saloon is spacious and well-lit, featuring a generous dining table and extensive storage. The galley is laid out in an L-shape and equipped for extended cruising, while a dedicated navigation table provides a proper workspace. Recent major maintenance was completed in 2026, including full replacement of through-hull fittings and seacock valves, complete renewal of all piping systems, full battery replacement, and a comprehensive engine overhaul. The hull was completely repainted in 2020. A full haul-out was also carried out as part of this recent work program.

Equipment aboard includes a Webasto heating system, a bow thruster for maneuvering, and entertainment systems including television. The cockpit is spacious and ergonomically designed for both sailing and anchoring. The boat is ready for immediate use and extended cruising.
