This 90-foot steel houseboat combines residential and commercial functionality. Built in 2003 and comprehensively upgraded in 2020, it offers approximately 300 feet of floating dock space with a large open main deck capable of accommodating gatherings of roughly 100 people. The design supports diverse uses, with flexible configurations for dockage rental or entertainment venues.
The single cabin and six heads serve the living quarters, while the expansive lower area and upper deck with hot tub provide multiple entertaining and functional spaces. Power comes from two 300 hp Suzuki gasoline engines. The boat is equipped with a 40 kW enclosed Yanmar generator (1,000 hours), 20 100-amp 48-volt lithium battery banks, and a 12 kW solar panel array. A 40 gallons-per-hour water maker and 70-gallon bladder tank provide fresh water; an ice maker is also installed. Climate control includes air conditioning drawing 2 kW.
The infrastructure includes a 15-foot by 8-foot electronic billboard, 10 self-contained solar flood lights with automatic activation, LED deck lights, and a 9-camera security system with remote monitoring. Internet connectivity is provided by Starlink satellite service. The boat operates on solar power for the majority of its needs, with minimal generator runtime required annually.
