2008 Sumerset Houseboat

An 88-foot aluminum houseboat built by Sumerset in 2008, this yacht combines residential comfort with lake living. The design spans 20 feet in beam and houses two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Interior finishes include hand-scraped hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, crown molding, and crystal chandeliers. The galley features vintage-inspired appliances, while the master suite offers a clawfoot soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and generous storage. Additional onboard systems include a full-size washer and dryer, electric fireplace, and a dumbwaiter.

The upper deck is built for entertaining, with an expansive rooftop that incorporates a hot tub with lake views, a fire pit lounge area, a full outdoor kitchen with Blackstone grill and BBQ, a wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker, a big-screen television, and a premium stereo system. The design provides substantial seating throughout the outdoor space.

Power comes from twin MerCruiser 5.0L engines paired with a Westerbeke 20kW generator. The boat is equipped with a hydraulic swim platform featuring an integrated jet ski dock, modern navigation electronics, an inverter and charging system, three water heaters, a water filtration system, and an upgraded ground-source HVAC system. The hull is USCG documented.
