2010 Thoroughbred Houseboat

This 88-foot Thoroughbred houseboat combines substantial living space with thoughtful design. Built in 2010 with an 18-foot beam, it features twin 5.0L MerCruiser engines with minimal runtime—113 hours on the port engine and 112 on the starboard—along with a 20KW Westerbeke generator and Magnum 2800 inverter. The aluminum hull includes bow and stern thrusters with remote controls, dual helm stations, and a 4-ton geothermal HVAC system supporting both air conditioning and heating throughout.

The upper deck centers on entertaining, with a hardtop party area featuring a wet bar and refrigerator, enclosed television, and roll-up canvas shades. An open bow seating layout offers relaxation space while underway or docked. The stern provides dual stairway access, a swim platform, and dedicated storage for PWC ramps with winches. Recent additions include new LED rope lighting, full bow canvas enclosure, and Seadeck flooring for durability and traction.
