This 85-foot aluminum houseboat delivers generous living space with thoughtful design choices. Twin 5.0 Mercruiser engines with just 118 hours provide power, paired with Bravo II MPI outdrives, DTS electronic controls, and hydraulic bow and stern thrusters for maneuverability. The 20 kW Westerbeke generator supports all systems with a dry stack exhaust setup.

The layout spans four bedrooms including a king master and king guest cabin, plus queen cuddies, alongside two full baths with showers. The main salon features wood flooring, a granite dining table with bar seating, and entertainment built around a 52-inch LED display with surround sound. The galley holds all stainless steel appliances: a 30-inch smooth-top range, 25-cubic-foot refrigerator with bottom freezer, full-size dishwasher, and microwave. Laundry is served by a stacked washer and dryer. A side hall with separate entrance adds flexible access.

The flybridge commands attention with built-in controls, a radar arch, sport top, and seating for 15, plus a 24-foot fiberglass party top with fans and rope lights. Standard systems include a 3,000-watt inverter with six batteries, 300-gallon fresh water and 200-gallon holding capacity, roof-mounted 4.0 central heat and air, two 19-gallon hot water heaters, and thermopane insulation. The hull is 3 inches deeper than standard, and walls stand 6 inches taller, supporting a full beam of 18 feet. Anodized rails run throughout, and new leather recliners and front deck enclosure with hard doors complete the package.
