2003 Hake / Seaward Seaward 25

This 2003 Seaward 25 is a 27-foot fiberglass sailing yacht equipped with a Yanmar 2GM20F diesel engine. Recent upgrades include new main and genoa sails, two spinnakers, and completely new running rigging with a fresh main halyard. The deck has been rebuilt with synthetic material throughout the cockpit and cabin, and the bottom was repainted recently. A CDI roller furler facilitates easy sail handling.

The yacht accommodates cruising with a v-berth featuring new 6-inch cushions, plus port and starboard settees with matching cushion upgrades. Below deck, a 12-volt refrigerator, alcohol stove, and hot water system serve the galley. Climate control is provided by a Mermaid heating and air conditioning system. Navigation and seamanship gear include an autopilot, anchor windlass, and a bilge pump mounted in the keel pocket.

The vessel's electrical systems have been recently serviced with new batteries installed in April 2026. The 110-volt AC system is currently non-functional; the owner relies on shore power connections for electrical needs. A Magic Tilt galvanized trailer with dual axles is included and capable of transporting the boat. The yacht was professionally detailed in April and remains well-maintained.
