2005 Hunter 31

This 2005 Hunter 31 is a fiberglass sloop built for comfortable cruising and daysailing. The boat was kept in freshwater from 2006 through 2017 in upstate New York, where it was winterized annually, then relocated to Charleston in August 2017. The engine—a 21-horsepower Yanmar diesel—has accumulated very low hours.

Accommodations include a forward V-berth cabin, a spacious saloon, and a galley positioned to starboard. The head is located aft to port, with a generous private aft berth completing the layout. The design prioritizes livable space for a yacht of this size, with sleeping and gathering areas well distributed throughout the cabin.
