2007 Bavaria Vision 44

The 2007 Bavaria Vision 44 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built to German standards, measuring 44.75 feet in length with a 14.33-foot beam. Powered by a single Volvo Penta 75 hp diesel engine, the boat carries a reconditioned Panda generator, solar panels, and a 150-liter-per-hour watermaker for extended cruising independence. Recent upgrades include a new Raymarine autopilot and chartplotter installed in 2025, a bow thruster, and air conditioning. The deck features teak on the cockpit floor and seat thwarts, non-skid side decks, twin steering wheels with leather covers on two pedestals, self-tailing winches across three pairs (main, genoa, and spinnaker), and a full array of stainless steel hardware including an electrical windlass with self-draining anchor locker.

The interior is arranged with three private cabins providing six berths, plus a convertible salon that brings additional sleeping capacity. The main saloon is bright and spacious, lined with panoramic windows and fitted with a full-size chart table, navigation station, and a sideboards with extensive stowage. Nine opening hatches provide ventilation throughout. The galley includes a half-cardanic cooker with oven, stainless-steel sink, and both a cooling box and DC refrigeration. Two separate marine heads with showers serve the yacht, each equipped with holding tanks and accessible seacocks or deck pump-out.

Deck equipment is comprehensive: self-draining cockpit lockers, cockpit table with storage, boarding ladder, and shower. The rudder is fore-balanced with self-adjusting pendulum bearings and includes an emergency tiller. Electric and manual bilge pumps, full navigation lighting, and deck lighting round out the systems. The yacht is fitted with a bow fitting featuring a removable anchor roller and stainless chain with an ULTRA anchor.
