This 90-foot aluminum houseboat combines spacious single-level living with recently refreshed systems and comfort features. Twin 5.0L V8 Mercruiser engines with low hours power the boat, supported by a 15-kW Westerbeke generator and dual 50-amp shore power connections. A comprehensive 2023 renovation touched nearly every system: new exterior paint and panels, fresh ceiling treatments, updated railings with powder coat finish, and a new solid flybridge top. Interior updates include new Thor appliances throughout the kitchen, updated lighting with LED rope lights, new window blinds, and refinished flooring in water-resistant vinyl plank.

Three bedrooms occupy the main deck without steps or tight passages—a master with king bed and hydraulic-lift storage, plus two guest cabins with king and twin-bed configurations. The galley features granite counters, a large island with seating for eight, and new fixtures. Three full bathrooms include large tiled showers with glass doors and double vanities in the master. Entertainment spans the boat with an 82-inch television in the main salon, additional sets on the top and front decks, and a whole-boat sound system wired for satellite radio.

Fresh water capacity totals 225 gallons across three tanks with new pumps, while black water tanks hold 350 gallons. Two 19-gallon water heaters provide hot water throughout. Climate control combines a 42,000-BTU Marine Air geothermal unit with Wi-Fi thermostat management. Mechanical updates include new Hydranautics bow and stern thrusters with remote operation, new battery bank with Victron inverter, and recently serviced engines and generators. The boat includes vinyl enclosures for front and rear decks, brackets for towing a jet ski, and substantial storage integrated throughout.
