The Ocean Alexander 74 Pilothouse is a 74-foot diesel-powered motor yacht built on a fiberglass hull with twin Caterpillar engines delivering 2,280 horsepower. She cruises at 10 knots with a top speed of 20 knots and carries a 2017 Walker Bay 15-foot tender with a 70-horsepower Yamaha engine on a custom teak-laid hydraulic swim platform.

The yacht accommodates four cabins and four heads across a layout designed for both owner-operator and crewed operation. The raised pilothouse provides excellent sightlines and houses premium navigation electronics for confident handling. A full-beam master suite anchors the accommodations, while separate guest cabins provide privacy for visitors. The main deck features an open salon with large windows, a modern galley with high-end appliances, and flexible entertaining spaces. Private crew quarters aft offer a self-contained area with separate access.

Exterior spaces include a spacious aft deck, cockpit seating, and easy access to the swim platform and tender stowage. Systems are designed for service-friendly maintenance, with accessible engine and generator compartments, climate control zoning, and substantial storage for extended cruising. An annual mechanical service was completed in February 2026, including oil analysis on the mains, gears, and gensets.
