The Bali 4.0 is a 39-foot fiberglass catamaran built around an open-plan design philosophy that merges social living with private retreats. The broad 22-foot beam supports generous deck spaces including a forward cockpit and sunbathing area, while the saloon provides panoramic sightlines throughout the boat. The layout prioritizes light and flow without sacrificing cabin separation.

The interior comprises four cabins and four heads, offering comfortable accommodation for cruising families or groups. The twin Yammer diesel engines produce 80 horsepower each, delivering self-sufficient cruising capability with the reliability expected of CATANA build standards. The open living areas and deck configuration reflect Bali's design intent to balance exposed socializing space with the flexibility to withdraw into private quarters when needed.
