2023 Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 Catamaran

The 2023 Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 is a 42-foot fiberglass catamaran with a 24-foot beam, powered by twin 102-horsepower Volvo Penta diesel engines. The design combines spacious accommodation with the stability and comfort characteristic of modern catamaran construction.

Below deck, the yacht offers four cabins and four heads, providing comfortable berths for cruising or extended stays. The saloon includes a refrigerator, with additional cooling in the galley and cockpit. The galley is equipped with an oven, and hot water is available throughout. An onboard battery charger and shore power inlet support extended cruising operations.

Navigation and communication equipment includes GPS, plotter, autopilot, VHF radio, depth sounder, log-speedometer, wind speed and direction indicator, and compass. Sailing features encompass a battened mainsail, furling genoa, electric winch for the mainsail, and an electric anchorage windlass. Deck amenities include a steering wheel, bimini top, spray hood, lazy bag with lazy jacks, cockpit table, cockpit shower, and swimming ladder. Safety gear includes a liferaft.
