2024 La Mare Modern 11

The 2024 La Mare Modern 11 is a 36-foot houseboat built for stationary or slow-cruise waterside living. Twin Yamaha 25hp outboards with hydraulic steering provide modest propulsion, with a helm station positioned on the forward port bow. The hull combines foam-filled composite floats with a galvanized steel subframe and composite flooring, wrapped in 2.4-inch foam insulation.

The layout contains two staterooms and one head, along with a galley, salon with bar, and generous natural light from double-glazed windows and doors. Upper and lower outdoor decks feature Scandinavian cedar planking and stainless steel railings. The upper deck includes a flexiteak floor and retractable roof roller blind, with a removable top terrace section adding extra outdoor space.

Standard systems include electric central heating (110v), reverse-cycle air conditioning (inverter or shorepower), and LED lighting throughout. Fresh water capacity is 264 gallons with matching waste tank; two 30-amp shore power inlets with 50-foot cords provide dockside connectivity. The head features a heated towel rack, electric freshwater flush toilet, shower, and sink. The galley includes a SMEG refrigerator, convection microwave, and range hood.

The boat comes furnished with bedroom beds and wardrobes, reading lights with USB outlets in both staterooms, and window curtains. Additional features include outside cameras, mooring cleats, boarding ladder, and storage in the float compartment.
