The True North 34 is a 2024 express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull inspired by working fishing boats, combining downeast styling with modern twin outboard power. Twin Suzuki 350 HP engines with dual propellers deliver a cruising speed of 20 knots and top speed of 25 knots, while trim tabs and joystick control provide responsive handling. The hull design—featuring a sharp, plumb bow and balanced displacement with flatter aft sections—is engineered to slice through waves rather than pound them, offering stability in variable weather conditions.
The pilothouse centers on a hardback enclosure with laminate teak and holly flooring, a sliding sunroof with interior wood trim, and enlarged windows for 360-degree visibility. A motorized cockpit sunshade provides weather protection. Below, the single cabin features teak interior, an en-suite head with shower, and accommodations designed for cruising comfort.
The boat is equipped with a comprehensive electronics suite including a 16-inch Garmin GPSMAP 8616xsv chartplotter, VHF radio with mast-mounted antenna, Autopilot Reactor 40, and GT15 sonar. Entertainment features a Fusion marine radio with speakers. Additional systems include a 12V anchor windlass, bow thruster in tunnel, 110V generator, Webasto forced-air heating, 2000W inverter, induction cooktop, convection microwave, raw water washdown at bow and stern, underwater lights, and a remote search light. Stainless steel extended bow rails and teak coaming pads accent the exterior finish.
