The R-25 is a 28-foot fiberglass trawler built around practical cruising and fishing. A defining feature is the extended swim platform with integrated handrails that runs aft of the outboard motor, clearing the engine rigging entirely to create safe access for boarding a dinghy, low-dock ties, and water activities without obstruction.
The main salon is bright and open, with a dinette that seats four or converts to a bed for two, plus a spacious quarter berth with removable mattress for guest accommodation or extra storage. The galley is fully equipped with an electric and alcohol stove, refrigerator-freezer combo, microwave, and sink with hot and cold water. A private enclosed head with sink serves the living spaces.
The forward stateroom offers a large bed, opening hatches for ventilation, reading lights, and a TV/DVD system. Propulsion comes from a single 250-horsepower Yamaha outboard paired with a planing hull designed for efficiency. The boat incorporates patented Laminar Flow Interrupter technology for smooth cornering. Navigation is handled by a Garmin 1242xsv chartplotter with GPS, transducer, and sonar integration. The R-25 is trailerable and sized for cruising, fishing, and extended time away from the dock.
