The Waterlodge Modern 11 is a 35-foot houseboat that pairs contemporary European design with a practical footprint. At just under 14 feet wide, it balances marina maneuverability with an open, naturally lit interior suited to seasonal living, weekend use, or rental operations. Twin 50-horsepower Yamaha outboards provide the power to move the boat easily between locations.

The interior layout accommodates two cabins and one head, with flexible configuration options for living and kitchen spaces. An optional rooftop terrace extends the usable space for outdoor entertaining and relaxation. Owners can customize finishes throughout, selecting from various cabinetry styles, flooring, lighting, heating and cooling systems, and appliances to suit individual preferences.

The hull sits on oversized, foam-filled HDPE pontoons paired with a galvanized steel catamaran frame, engineered for durability and stable performance over time.
